We are a not-for-profit club, committed to sharing woodworking skills. we make toys for charities, supervise primay school children and manufacture items for sale as a fund raiser. We encourage your woodworking and craft skills and foster friendship among our members. You are welcome to join us in these activites or create your materpiece.

We are non-denominational, non-political, and membership is open to both men and women. We have a large workshop (over 50 metres long by 12 metres wide) located in the grounds of St. Augustine’s School, and an extensive range of woodworking machinery.

Our members have all levels of skills, from very beginners to master craftsmen and women. You will find that your level of expertise will grow dramatically just from adsorbing ideas from other members A wide range of timbers (from basic pines to quality furniture timber, suitable for smaller jobs) is available for member’s personal use at nominal rates.

The shed is open Monday to Friday from about 7.30 am to about 2.00 pm.

Entry Drive slowly @ 5 kph

The entry is directly opposite Armanda Crescent, located on the south side of the school buildings. It is the same entry as used for the Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) and the Assembly Hall. Turn left after passing the OSHC. This area becomes congested from about 8.10 am till about 8.35 am during peak drop off times, we ask that members plan to avoid these times. Congestion also occurs about 2.55 pm till 3.20 pm.

This whole area is a school and primarily for the use of school children as young as five. Please be aware of this at all times. Please note that a speed limit of 5 kph applies at all times.


Activities For Eager Minds

The club has three main areas of activity namely:

Encouraging members to learn and develop skills.

Supervise primary school students in elementary carpentry and woodturning skills.

Making toys for charities, which we donate to worthwhile causes each year. (see our Facebook Page for further information....coming soon)
